1. Galicombe Working Dogs accepts no responsibility for any damage to your vehicle or theft from your vehicle whilst on the premises. Please make sure you lock your vehicle.

 

2. All dogs must have current vaccination certificates and be in good health. Any dog that has been in contact with infectious illnesses must be issued with a clean bill of health certificate from a vet before being allowed on the ground. Please bring your own bowl and water for your dog to drink.

 

3. Personal Pet Insurance is recommended. Galicombe Working Dogs accepts no responsibility for injury to your dog or yourself whilst on the ground. Whilst training with us you are covered by our Public Liability Insurance. But please be aware that we are in the countryside where the ground may be uneven at which we ask you take responsibility for yourself and the safety of your dog. Appropriate clothing and footwear should be worn at all times.

 

4. No bitches in season are allowed at the ground and must be absent from training for at least 21 days. Any missed sessions due to session can be carried over to the next term.

 

5. No harsh handling is acceptable. Only positive training methods are permitted. No electric collars or pinch collars are allowed.

 

6. We do not allow aggressive dogs to train with us, either in group sessions or a 121.

 

7. All dogs must be kept on a lead and under control unless otherwise instructed. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your lesson. Observe the speed limit when you enter the ground and park respectfully.

 

8. Please bring poo bags and clean up after your dog and take the bag home with you.

 

9. Booking Conditions

Payment is by cash or bank transfer to Harriet Newcombe.

 

         a) 121 training – once booked and confirmed full payment will be due. If you cancel less that 48 hours before the session full payment will be required, this is non-negotiable.

         b) Courses – The full course fee is payable on week 1 of any course. No refunds will be issued for missed lessons except in mitigating circumstances.

​

         c) Workshops - once booked and confirmed full payment will be due. If you can no longer attend

the session full payment will be required unless we have a waiting list.
